Full-Time Capital Markets Analyst Program:
The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts’ potential in these early professional years, providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will immediately take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned capital markets professionals, to successfully meet the financial needs of our clients.
Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g. Credit, Legal, etc.), team members, and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle.
The Interest Rate Risk Management group, within the Sales and Trading business in Zions Capital Markets, is responsible for advising, structuring, pricing, and hedging interest rate risk for the borrowing clients of the bank. The analyst will play a critical role in supporting senior marketers throughout the lifecycle of the deal process, including pitch book creation, document preparation, market updates, deal pricing updates, and facilitating the delivery of interest rate hedging products to clients. They will perform an important role in identifying and tracking potential opportunities by analyzing historic and current loan production. They will also assist in post trade support that interfaces with the middle and back office.

- Power & Project Finance – El Segundo
Zions Capital Markets is looking for candidates who have:
- Completed BA/BS degree in Business or Finance, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 2nd start date.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortability working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors.
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary between $75,000-$90,000/annually.
