We are looking for a Treasury Management Sales Manager in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA.
Essential Functions:
- Works under the Senior Treasury Sales Manager to manage Business Banking and Branch banking treasury management sales activities of the department, including the development of new non-borrowing treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and the servicing of clients.
- Functions as the liaison with the corporate treasury management group on all sales process rollouts.
- Will join in calling clients and will participate in client meetings
- Responsible for business continuity plan
- Monitors and plans sales strategies with relation to product profitability.
- Manages, motivates and coaches sales team to meet goals.
- Plans and schedules activities within the treasury management service area and coordinates these activities with other functional areas.
- Ensures that staff is adequately trained.
- Engages with other leaders throughout the organization
- Maintains knowledge of bank products, regulatory requirements, and industry issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field and 6+ years of treasury management processes, products and services, sales or other directly related experience, management experience required.
- Requires a considerable working knowledge of treasury management processes and services, cash management products, sales and servicing techniques.
- Must have strong analysis, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage sales employees.
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $160,000 - $196,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
