- Requires a Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and 4+ yrs of banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products and procedures.
- Extensive working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.
- Strong influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively multitask, complete assignments and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office products.
