We are looking for a Traffic Manager (Marketing Project Manager) who will coordinate workflow across a fast-paced brand creative team in the banking sector, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day trafficking of creative projects, maintaining clear communication between stakeholders, creative team members, and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations using project management tools
  • Track multiple concurrent projects at various stages, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks
  •  Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings to ensure alignment across teams
  • Review incoming creative briefs for completeness and clarity before assignment
  • Assign creative resources based on workload, skill requirements, and project priorities
  • Ensure brand guidelines and compliance requirements are met for all deliverables
  • Coordinate approval workflows with legal, compliance, and brand management teams
  • Prepare status reports for leadership on project progress, resource utilization, and team capacity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in traffic management, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Experience with project management and workflow tools
  • Understanding of creative processes and financial services compliance requirements

Salary Range: $80,500 - $118,000 (depending on experience and other job related factors) 

This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.

Location Options: AZ, CA, CO, NV, TX, UT
