Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and managing a portfolio of the largest, most complex client relationships. Responsible for generating, retaining, and expanding lending and deposit relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Responsible for implementation of objectives and strategies that support and compliment bank objectives.
  • Monitors credit quality and compliance to company policy and procedures and actively solicits new business.
  • Develops staff that supports sales and service objectives.
  • Provides coaching for junior relationship managers and the support team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience with corporate lending, credit, underwriting, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of corporate banking loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes.
  • Ability to expand corporate banking loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
  • Requires strong sales ability. Expert experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
  • Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of various software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to manage a large corporate banking portfolio.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $201,000 - $275,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
