We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Operations Manager (Banking) to join our team. This role can be based at one of our San Diego locations—either our Torrey Pines HQ or our Golden Triangle offices—or at our Irvine Corporate Center. This is an in-office position with some travel required across the state.
Essential Functions:

Lead a team of project professionals implementing strategies to enhance both client and employee experience. Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional results.

Collaborate with bank management and other business unit partners to support the ensure seamless delivery of bank products and services.

Lead the integration of sales and service teams to elevate the customer experience. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes client needs and drives performance.

Direct initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction with our products, services, and technological solutions. Set clear goals and inspire your team to exceed client expectations.

Oversee and improve processes essential to consumer and business lending. Implement effective risk management practices while maintaining a positive client experience.

Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and submit recommendations based on market analysis and financial performance to optimize the client and employee experience.

Regularly review and refine banking processes and technologies to enhance the overall experience for clients and employees, ensuring our services remain competitive and innovative.

Additional responsibilities: other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience with a proven track record in banking, management, financial analysis, risk management, and relationship management.

Thorough understanding of banking regulations and laws. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Management of direct reports to include coaching and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Exceptional ability to interact with senior management and customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.

Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, enhancing the client and employee experience.

Excellent strategic planning, project, and change management skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced experience in identifying and assessing solutions and creating business and financial cases to enhance the client and employee experience.
Pay Range: $170,000 - $200,000 based on experience and other job-related factors.
