We are looking for a Sales Administrator in Irvine or San Diego, CA.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for planning, implementing and developing promotional and marketing initiatives, as well as expanding the company's sales culture.
- Trains, motivates, coaches and provides guidance to assigned area personnel in order to increase sales productivity.
- May monitor sales credit and incentive payments.
- Helps with development of strategic plans in order to meet regional or division sales objectives.
- Assists managers with overall sales training to impact sales goals.
- Conducts sales staff meetings and educates staff on new and existing bank products and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's and 6+ years experience with sales, service, and marketing of banking and lending products or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of bank products and related policies and procedures.
- Experiences in sales and service, management and leadership skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive travel across state is required
- Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills.
- PC skills required including excel, word, PowerPoint, and teams

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $133,000 - $170,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
