Our expanding marketing team is building something special—a dynamic, in-house Creative Studio that will transform how we connect with customers. Under fresh leadership from our newly appointed CMO,we'rereimagining what marketing can be while supporting a bank known for its experienced bankers, exceptional service, and local leadership deeply rooted in the communities we serve.  

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Enterprise Marketing team, supporting the visual expression of our brand across multiple channels, audiences, and affiliate banks.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life—delivering impactful, consistent, and high-quality creative across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for developing and executing a wide range of graphic design projects for external and internal audiences.  
  • Works with internal development teams on concept development, design, and asset creation.  
  • Works with internal clients on corporate identity and design standards and policies. 
  • Creates marketing materials as needed.  
  • Designs company/department publications.  
  • Works with various departments on development, design, updating and deployment of graphic designs.  
  • Oversees projects, including typography, layout, color and visual communication.  
  • May supervise freelance graphic designers and artists as assigned.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work of designer’s own creation (or otherwise notated if acting in a support role) 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma 
  • Knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy; ability to follow brand standards and templates 
  • Experience in print and digital design, with knowledge of production processes 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Within your first year, you will deliver high-quality, on-brand creative that strengthens visual consistency across the enterprise. You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and contribute to campaigns that drive engagement and measurable business results.

This is a full-time role 5-days in-office in ourSalt Lake City,San Francisco,Denver, or Seattle locations. 

Benefits& Compensation 

  • Salary Range:This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range as outlined below annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location. 
    • Salt Lake City: $60,000- $80,000 
    • Denver: $66,000- $88,000 
    • Seattle: $63,000- $84,000 
    • San Francisco: $78,000 to $104,000
