We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrator in San Diego, CA who serves as a key partner to our senior executive leadership. In this essential role, you will provide a broad range of strategic administrative and operational support, acting as a representative of the executive's office to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be entrusted to make independent decisions regarding the planning, organization, and scheduling of the executive's work, while also managing complex projects, conducting analysis for management decisions, and relieving our leaders of significant administrative duties to ensure their focus remains on driving the business forward.
Essential Functions:
- Provides a variety of administrative and operational services to support the top company officers (Sr Executive Management, Directors or CEO).
- Represents the executive's to internal staff, external customers and venders.
- Relieves the executive's of some operational and administrative duties.
- Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and the scheduling of the executive's work.
- Administers various complex programs, projects and/or processes specific to the executive served.
- Performs analysis, research and projects to assist with management decisions as assigned.
- Prepares and maintains complex reports and other pertinent operational data.
- Handles policy and procedure issues for management as needed.
- Keeps informed on new developments and procedures that affect the company, through frequent contact with other organizations, departments and divisions.
- Assists in budget preparation and control activities. May train or supervise other associates. Sr Level supports CEO,CFO or President.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance or a related field and 8+ years administrative, business, finance or other directly related experience.
- A minimum of 3+ years administrative assistance experience for a large or complex department or senior executive preferably in the financial industry. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Broad application of general business practices as they relate to the executive officers' role.
- Expert knowledge of departmental processes, procedures, banking, and/or departmental products.
- Ability to handle and administrator division projects.
- Expert knowledge of computer software including word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
- Ability to analysis, resolve and handle policy and procedure issues for management.
- Ability to supervise non-exempt personnel.
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with complex and sensitive situations.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000 - $96,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
