Qualifications - External
- Requires a degree in Marketing or related field and 4+ years of interactive/digital marketing or other directly related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of interactive and digital marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
- 3+ years of paid campaign execution experience on Google Ad (Adwords) platform, other platforms are a plus
- 2 years of experience with Social Media (organic and paid) advertisement, copy, scheduling & research
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices
- Technical, in-depth knowledge of social media buying and an understanding of all major social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud Preferred
- Experience with Workfront Preferred
- Project Management tool experience, Workfront is a plus
- HTML experience is a plus
- Ability to manage tracking, analytics and reporting of data
- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, results-oriented and able to take initiative and lead projects
- Ability to learn new trends and technologies that enhances lead generation and sales efforts
