Do you love digital? Does it thrill you to imagine new solutions enabled by sales and marketing data? Are you intrigued by ambitious notions of transforming legacy business models? If these statements describe you, we would love to chat. Zions Bancorp needs a Digital Marketing Analyst to be on the team creating our data driven strategy for our Enterprise Digital Marketing (EDM) division. This strategy covers sales and marketing performance, audience definition and management, and platform connectivity. The right candidate will be responsible for:


  • Support of digital marketing activity trend analysis, including but not limited to:
    • Product cyclicality
    • Website traffic
    • Defined email metrics
    • Defined SMS metrics
    • Sales funnel performance
    • Other analysis as directed
  • Forecast planned marketing activity performance
  • Collaborate with EDM team members to solve problems, brainstorm, develop solutions and build consensus
  • Communicate at a high level both verbal and written
  • May be asked to perform other duties according to needs of team


Candidates we are excited to talk to have experience, skills, and technical proficiency with:


  • Data modeling or management, statistics, marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, or other relevant area
  • Extensive knowledge of data structures, report writing, statistical modeling, and analytical frameworks
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce: Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Community Cloud, and or other relevant marketing platforms
  • Experience creating data visualizations
  • Familiarity with data from digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Root cause analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Candidates who wish to apply should meet the following minimum qualifications:


  • 3+ years experience data analysis, forecasting, or related field
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
