We are seeking a Banking Operations Procedure Advisor to join Zions Bancorporation. The Banking Operations Procedure Advisor plays a key role in supporting branch and banking operations by managing and optimizing knowledge base systems, content management processes, and internal communications. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of operational information, collaborating with project teams, and delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will leverage strong business writing, editing, and technical skills to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update knowledge base systems and web pages with relevant operational content.

  • Collaborate with project teams and process owners to gather, organize, and deliver information.

  • Research, analyze, and resolve moderately complex operational issues using sound judgment.

  • Ensure compliance with banking operations, processes, procedures, regulations, and policies.

  • Provide guidance and support to non-exempt employees as needed.

  • Maintain and optimize a large repository of information for internal use.

  • Deliver content quickly and accurately under pressure, meeting established deadlines.

  • Handle escalated operations concerns and recommend process improvements.

  • Communicate effectively with internal customers on routine matters.

  • Other duties as assigned.

     

 

Qualifications:

  • College degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field required.

  • 2+ years of experience in branch and banking operations, policies, communications, knowledge base systems, process and procedures, or content management.

  • Experience in grammar, spelling, and editing required; web-based training development a plus.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or related software.

  • Good working knowledge of HTML preferred.

  • Excellent listening, problem resolution, and customer service skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

  • Proven ability to organize, optimize, and maintain large information repositories.

  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

 

Work Location: 
This position is fully in office (5 days a week) from the following office locations:

  • Midvale, UT
