What you need to bring to the table:

A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of staffing/recruiting/HR experience preferable with a banking or a corporate finance background is highly preferred.  A combination of education, training or experience may meet job requirements.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.  Ability communicate with Executive and Senior level leadership.
  • Shows initiative, commitment, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a high energy level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-touch environment with expert level multi-tasking abilities.  Ability to multitask and re-prioritize at a moment’s notice.
  • Clear understanding of A-Z recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office and in-depth knowledge of internet research and mining candidates.
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting.
